Help using OpenDBDiff

I recently discovered this program and I am excited about all of the possibilities of what it can do.

I am a little confused about the color coding of the objects.  I ran it against our development environment and compared to our validation environment.
The results had some objects color coded green (Which I assume means it is the same or "good") there was also some colored blue.  Upon inspecting these objects, I could see that one column would be blue once the object was opened (letting me know it probably exists in both environments, but there one a one column difference).  Where I am a little confised is there were still two other colors (red and black) I could not figure out what the colors meant.

Also, does anyone know if it is possible to run this from the command line to just create a file of differences?

Thank you.
