Failing Comparing between two SQL Server 2014 databases

I have detected that all tables aren't shown in the tables list if "Compare options>Filter by type>Tables>Identity Options" is enabled. However, if I uncheck this options all of these are available but I lose this functionallity :S

Would you mind building the latest version from source code and see if it's still a problem. I did recently commit a fix for something like that.

@igitur I have downloaded the source code and still not works. Not all tables are shown.

Would you be able to attach the schemas of the 2 databases? Data isn't necessary.

Let me some days to prepare and schema example with less tables.

Fewer tables might make the problem disappear. So just check that you still experience the problem with a subset of the schema before you attach.
